Children's Ministries: KiDS COR

KiDS COR is the children's ministry at Resurrection West. KiDS COR mentors children from birth to know, love and follow Jesus Christ, and to help their families become deeply committed Christians. We know how important it is to create a fun, safe environment for children to grow in their faith and knowledge of God, and that is a priority at Resurrection West.

Don't miss KiDS COR on Sunday mornings with exciting large and small group teaching times, worship, crafts, games and more.  Children's Sunday School meets during both worship hours.  We also have periodic special events including: Kidz Arts, an advent and Easter art and music class, family activities, Vacation Bible Camp, and other holiday events.

Student Ministry: rezlife

Our hope is to create a community where 6th-12th grade students can come to know Jesus fully. This is a safe place to ask questions, seek truth and to be known and loved!  Check out rezlife's weekly gathering of high energy praise and worship, creative messages relevant to students, snacks, hang time with friends and crazy games.  In addition to being a place where students learn what it means to follow Jesus, this weekly event is packed full of fun.

Join us on Wednesdays at:
The Warehouse (at the RezWest Office)
25000 College Blvd. Suite 200
Olathe, KS 66061

  • Grades 6-8 meet from 6-7:15 pm.
  • Grades 9-12 meet from 7:30-9 pm.

Come on out to a safe place where you can meet new friends, go deeper in your faith and belong! For info on Metamorphosis fall retreat, Student Ministry Missions days, or our weekly high school early morning Bible Study contact: students@rezwest.org.

Christian Education

Growing in faith means growing, loving and serving God.  At Resurrection West, we offer:

  • Ongoing Sunday school and specialized classes such as Alpha, Disciple Bible Studies and other short-term classes to help you know God more deeply.
  • Sisters, a women’s group that meets on Tuesday mornings and gathers for study and community.
  • Home-based Small Groups - places where people connect for community, support, Bible study and fellowship.

Since Resurrection is a church with multiple sites, you can also connect to the many diverse education opportunities at the Central Campus.
